What kind of laser printer can I use?

Our software is designed to work with any laser printer that emulates Hewlett Packard Laser Printers.

How do I set up a laser printer as my default?

If you are able to print documents through other programs, such as MS Office, then your laser printer is already set as your default. This is done through the Windows Control Panel by your IT support. Unless you change your Label Printer settings in Setup, you should be able to print to your laser printer automatically.

You may also choose to print labels using label stock. You may use any label stock that is designed to work with your laser printer, as long as the stock only has 2 labels per page, and little or no margins. Below are two vendors that carry an example of this type of label:
